Shipping

Thanks for placing an order with The Bare Theory.

We will endeavour to process all orders within 24 to 48 hours.

The Bare Theory utilises various shipping providers and delivery times may vary, depending on network demand, shipping destinations and carriers.

Australia Post Registered Parcel Post - standard shipping 3-10 business days depending on your location and Express Shipping 1-3 business days (must be located within the Express Post network).

If you have not received your purchased items within 10 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been carefully packed and posted you will receive an email with a tracking number that will enable you to track your parcel.

With Registered Post, if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your nearest collection Office.


Costs

All Australian orders when you spend over $75 it will be delivered FREE of charge using our carriers. There is only one delivery price per order, not per item.


International Deliveries

International orders will be sent with Registered Australia Post Express or equivalent providers. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free postage for items over $75, for International Postage.

Estimated international delivery time varies with location, however, will roughly be between 1-3 weeks for standard international, or 2-8 days for express international shipping.

Goods imported in and out of Australia are liable for duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any taxes or duties when the parcel arrives in their country, as per their country’s regulations.


Changes To Orders

Once you’ve placed your order, it joins a queue for immediate processing and fast despatch. We are therefore unable to make any changes, additions, or amendments to orders.


Customer Details

Please ensure all delivery address details are correct at time of order. We take no responsibility for lost parcels due to incorrect details at time of order.
