  1. Break away a pip and take to the shower only what you need.
  2. Rub the pip between your wet hands to activate and get a good lather. With wet hair and while still holding the pip in the palm of your hand, apply in a circular motion to your hairline and crown to build a good lather.
  3. When you have a good lather, put the pip down and finger tip massage the scalp (not hair) moving the lather around the whole scalp.
  4. Rinse and repeat (only if you didn’t get a good lather)

When to use

Only when needed. Let your scalp regulate naturally.
